 Public Works

The Public Works Department is the backbone of municipal service in the City of Tower. The staff maintains, repairs, and updates the public utilities, facilities, equipment, and infrastructure that meet the needs of our community’s residents and visitors. This includes:

• Maintenance, construction, and repair of streets, alleys, and sidewalks,
• Maintenance of water, sewer, and stormwater systems,
• Snowplowing, sanding, and snow removal,
• Groundskeeping in parks and other public property,
• Upkeep of City Hall, Fire Hall, Lamppa Civic Center, garages and others City-owned buildings.
